Chiara Guzzon graduated in 2003 with honors from the historic University of Pavia, Faculty of Law with a final thesis in criminal procedure law under the supervision of the renowned late Prof. Vittorio Grevi.

She has been an official member of the Milan Bar Association since 2006 and has been part of the Special Register to argue cases before the Italian Court of Cassation since 2019.

Her official training began at a Milanese law firm specializing in criminal law, with which she continued to work even after obtaining the qualification to practice. There, she gained high-level experience dealing, in particular, with corporate criminal law, bankruptcy and tax issues, crimes regarding the public administrative bodies, the criminal protection of trademarks, as well as criminal family and juvenile law.

Since 2015, she has started to practice on her own in collaboration with the Law Offices of Cascio & Ferraro, where she provides valuable support with criminal law matters.

She provides assistance in criminal matters to a leading Italian insurance company, for which she prepares key complaints and claims, as well as providing defense assistance to civil parties involved in criminal trials.

Finally, Chiara is officially registered as a public defender for minors dealing with criminal proceedings.
